Thomas P. Powderly, CyberCore Technologies’ Chef Operations Officer (COO), has been recognized by SmartCEO with a SmartCXO Award. The SmartCXO Award recognizes CFOs, COOs, CIO/CTOs who have gone above and beyond to support their organization’s initiatives. SmartCEO has featured these accomplishments in the April issue of SmartCEO magazine. One of Tom’s most recent projects is successfully managing the building of CyberCore’s new state-of-the-art integration facility which is located in Central Maryland. With his leadership, the facility is expected to allow CyberCore to be more proactive in assisting customer’s to achieve their over-all mission.
President of CyberCore, Chris Mills noted that Tom is a key member of CyberCore’s Executive Team. He always has the big picture in mind when dealing with the day- to-day operations of our rapidly growing company. Tom has taken every opportunity to make CyberCore more efficient by looking at obstacles with unique scrutiny, then formulating solutions to address them. Tom realizes that people are just as important to the solution as all other aspects. In December 2009, Tom received his PMP certification which expanded his ability to manage all aspects of a project. Currently, Tom is heading up the CICC (CyberCore Intelligence Command Center, aka “The Kick”) build-out which will create a state- of- the- art integration lab to do end-to-end supply chain, integration, and deployment for future commercial and government programs.
